Love the accessories, too.
And the COLOR! Hot Pink! But it's called something else (color of the year!) Thank you for making a quality product that looks great on my kitchen counter!

Faulty motor, started smelling like burned wire

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my KA standmixer in dec 2023, started using it in Jan 2024. On Feb 16th, I was making bread dough and the mixer had been running for less than 3 mins, I start smelling burned wire. The source of the smell was the KA motor. I was told these are amazing machines that last a lifetime, but I guess like everything else the quality has deteriorated over the years. I haven't felt the courage to use it since, I am afraid of causing fire since I live in a rental home
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thrilled with first Kitchenaid Product
