Great Product, Wonderful Customer Service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m thrilled with my new mixer! Baking is so much easier, quicker, and so much less mess and clean up too. I love love love the hibiscus colour on my bench top! I’d been wanting to upgrade to a kitchenaid mixer for years and so glad I finally bit the bullet! 😅
While obviously not ideal, the first machine had to be replaced, but its made me very confident in the kitchenaid brand and warranty that the replacement was so straightforward. The first model I bought had some motor issues where it sounded gravelly/grating within a week which was getting worse (2 uses on light GF baking - no elasticity in the mixes). I called up the customer service line who were so easy to deal with, the lady was so efficient - I turned on the machine so she could hear it, and she immediately organised for a replacement, giving me the option to either post it in to KitchenAid or to take it back to the physical and quote the issue number for a return.
Looking forward to at least a decade of baking of baking with it, and the extra serotonin because each time I see the beautiful colour on my bench it makes me happy 😊

Everything I have wanted

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mixer is everything I’ve ever wanted in one! The colour is to die for, exactly like pictured and so vibrant! It is easy and user friendly with that retro, classic design we all know and love. Bowl sizes are great and each attachment has its place and role. The motor is strong but not too loud and gets every job done very quickly. Very easy to clean, just a simple wipe down. The flex edge beater is my favourite as it is so easy to use and mixes a range of different mixes and textures seamlessly. SO happy I purchased this and will be recommending it in future!

Happy Birthday and Retirement

The mixer is just amazing and I’m going to have so much fun in my retirement cooking up a multitude of different delights. Loving how easy it is to use and everything I have made so far has been amazing. I have been gifted the 2023 Hibiscus and it is absolutely beautiful
