Slow start

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Waited all week to use and the gear broke in the first 8 minutes of use. Had to pack up and take back to the store. The return customer service was great and in a few days I had a new one in replacement. Can’t wait to try again.

I cannot believe how much easier this has made my life and specifically my homemade pasta endeavours with the attachments! Feeling lucky and stoked with my new baby!

I love it but a good user manual would be great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new mixer (particularly the colour) but wish it had come with a good user manual that provided detailed advice on which of the beater attachments to use for each task. I’ve never owned a mixer with beater these shapes so I am finding it really hard to know what beater to use for each task. Some advice on what speed setting to use for each task would also be appreciated

KitchenAid - 4.8l Artisan Stand Mixer 2023

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this 7/8/2023 - took a week to deliver to my house - finally opened it the following week - plugged it in, beat three egg whites - after that I decided to make ice cream - beat 600mls cream for about one minute then the machine stopped - tried all power points, tried to get in touch with supportkitchenaid - upgrading their technical stuff so were closed from 11/8/2023 till 18/8/2023 - so took it back to Kitchen Warehouse the same day of failure who plugged it in and said "Oh! It doesn't work!!!!" So still don't have a workable machine and haven't heard from either the shop or the company.
