[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compared to my old, two beater mixer, this is not as easy to use or control, and makes a huge mess, always. Flour flies everywhere, even with the cover, which only works on the larger bowl

Feels cheap and top heavy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It feels cheap. It can barely handle mixing dough. It feels top heavy. The locking mechanism doesn’t work. I have to mix the dough by hand in the end because it doesn’t get it all. The whole mixer does this weird twisting thing when I use it and I have to brace with my handsit so it works. I don’t want to pay a restocking fee to return it but I kind of wish I hadn’t bought it. It’s a disappointment to me. I’ve been wanting one for a long time and I’m really disappointed in the lack of quality given the price. I’d be better off with a hand mixer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quality isn’t what it used to be :,) I’ve always used my moms mixer that was made in 2007-8ish I can’t really remember but getting a new one as an adult was so exciting. Until it actually came. The lock doesn’t really lock the mixer into place I have to sit and hold it. Good for basic basic baking but not much more than that. Save the money and buy an Ankarsrum mixer. Shout out to Mr.Mixer on tik tok for helping others fix their broken kitchen aids.
