Beautiful quiet machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this new stand mixer to replace my old mixer (that I've had for 23 years!) because the motor seemed to be getting loud. I CANNOT be without my mixer! So, even though my old mixer still runs, I decided to replace it. This new model is beautiful and so quiet. As far as I am concerned, there is NOTHING like a Kitchenaid stand mixer!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice Mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement mixer from a previous order. Had to replace old mixer as mixing gears started to make loud grinding noises. KitchenAid replaced with no questions, excellent customer service. 5 Stars for customer service.
This mixer works very well but locking device to hold mixing blades down into mix still will not stay in closed position, have to use a rubber band on locking lever to hold lever in place to keep mixing blades down in batter.

It saves so much time and energy! It works seamlessly in all applications. My bread dough comes out perfectly and effortlessly. It is sturdy and will no doubt out live me!
