I had a stand mixer prior to purchasing this one, but I can definitely tell the difference in my batter and my buttercream when using the KitchenAid. This is a game changer!

Artisan tilt head stand

I wanted to triple my usual chocolate chip cookie batter over the holidays but realized that it could only deal with a double recipe instead. I donated my lift head professional mixer to a culinary student. That particular mixer would easily handle triple batches. The accessories that came with it was very nice

What a difference from my old mixer! I really appreciate this mixer. I bought a few attachments. I used the grating attachment and it makes the world of difference. Really quick to grate cheeses. I also purchased the pasta set and meat grinder

Artisan Mixer is Perfect for Me
