Makes baking, etc a “piece of cake!”

She was elated and I have already been rewarded with multiple goodies. She’s making my birthday cake as we speak. The mixer is fantastic. It has made her hobby so much easier!

Waaaay too fast on speed 1

I decided to upgrade my 16 year old well loved KitchenAid mixer with this one. I was so excited, but that quickly turned to disappointment. The slowest speed is far too fast for almost everything. It made flour fly everywhere and tossed my pizza dough around like it was trying to kill it. I called customer service and the nice woman said this is how it’s supposed to be. I feel like the creators of this model have never baked a thing in their life and don’t know how important a slow stir is for certain things. I’m returning it and already replaced it with a 5.5 quart bowl lift model. I am happy with it so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This new kitchenaid mixer will not handle cookies or normal batters that are on the heavy side. I’m very unhappy. With the aid of your support team we adjusted the beaters. Still not powerful. I’m very unhappy.

It can't get much worse

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used it only twice, both times to make cookies dough. The second batch of dough killed the mixer. It will no longer turn and I can smell the motor overheating. I'll be returning it for a full refund
