Love my mixer!

I love everything about my mixer. Tons of flexibility, easy to use attachments, many that come in very nice storage boxes. Easy to find replacements if needed.

Broke easily

I used it about five times before it broke :( I was literally whipping cream and it completely broke down and hasn’t worked since. I reached out to customer service and they will be sending me a new one but I am very sad that I won’t have one for Christmas, which was the whole reason I bought it 💔it’s such an expensive machine, I’m very worried about the longevity of these newer models.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Already quit working.

Already quit working very dissatisfied with product...warranty says they are open and available on Saturday between 10am - 5pm est but when called they say to call back during normal business hours mon-fri.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great splurge

I always wanted one of these mixers and was finally able to treat myself to one. So glad I did. It is very convienient and easy to work. Just wish I would have got one sooner!
