[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always had Samsung since they came out with the s3 and I've never been disappointed. I still have the s3 with no cracks or issues and works great. Sentimental value i guess but I've upgraded every 2 years with no issues. Come to think of it if I wouldn't have upgraded it think my s3 would still be in almost new working conditions. Construction tested daily and battle worn but they've all stood up to the challenges.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For years I enjoyed my S21 Ultra until I chose to upgrade to my S25 Ultra. It was the perfect time to upgrade at the time and my upgrade experience was seamless and my phone is still buttery smooth a year and a half later.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a longtime Note series user, I chose the Ultra version of the S25 to replace my aging Note 9. While the cameras are, in my opinion, the biggest hardware upgrade from the Note 9, the lack of Android updates for the Note also contributed to my decision. However there were four significant downgrades that influenced my review rating. One is the lack of support for a removable SD card. A second is the removal of the earphone jack, which forced me to buy earbuds. The third is the lack of a charging brick capable of fast charging, forcing yet another accessory purchase. Finally, the fourth is the downgrade in functionality of the S-pen by removing the bluetooth connection. I also still miss the removable battery of earlier Note and S series models. All this yet with a higher price. Despite these issues I am otherwise quite pleased with the S25 Ultra. It does pretty much everything I need in a phone and pocket computer. I use it daily as replacement for turning on one of my computers to run Excel, for email and texting, and internet. I even use it sometimes to make a phone call!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife likes the fruity phone, I chose the phone with better quality pictures, more apps, better searches and storage. I also chose the S25 because of its durability. The programable side buttons with side access menu pop-ups gives me touchable quick access. The enclosed stylus always at hand, my wife cannot understand how it can read my handwriting, me neither. It works great.
