This is my second unit because the BTU were a little deceiving in the backdown how much the unit is pushing out vs the maximum capacity it can push out so far the replacement 14k has been easy to setup and keep home office cool. I hope the cold air last many many moons and not just the first year thanks I might have to buy another for the bedroom

We purchased three units. For one unit, the AC cools but has developed a fan problem, which squeals and makes a very loud noise noise at times. The other two units work well.
