It feels great. So much cooler than our older one. its a airo comfort portable air conditioner its very easy to get everything done with in 4 minutes.

After searching for a new air conditioner for my unit, this one seems to be a perfect match! Unfortunately, I only have a 5 inch vent hole out of the Condo building so you have to find a coupler to downsize it. Would be nice if there was some sort of adapter that came with it

Thermal protection needs improved

The heat loss from the vent tube and the thin plastic panel that goes in the window is outrageous. You could do better.

Pretty good so far

I like it alot. It's been humid, which is rare here, and over 100 so it's hard to tell. Doesn't seem to be as powerful as our old LG. Hard to judge, but its keeping our living room comfortable. Need more time using before I can say for sure. But, so far, its pretty good.
