Easy to install. Cooling like advertised. Hi tech. Is it watching me? :) The window panels are very thin, so the "security bracket" seems a little silly.

Quiet and solid machine.
Complete kit was easy to put together with clear comprehensive instructions. Set this up in a house with no AC. One room with closed doors cooled well.
IMPORTANT: only thing missing is a necessity! Immediately purchase an exhaust tube insulated blanket cover. That tube was so HOT it was putting heat into the room! Insulating it stops that from happening.
