Fairly EZ installation. Wish they had included the drainage pan, as I don’t think most people have one laying around. I certainly didn’t. The exhaust hose is not firmly attached to the machine fitting; you may need to “screw” it back on firmly. My main gripe is the lack of an included drainage pan. It works as advertised, for an excellent price. Be aware that if you will use it upstairs you’ll need 2 strong men, or an inexpensive step trolley like the one pictured. And then 2 average men can get it up the stairs!

I just finished installing the AIRO 14000 BTU portable AC unit. It was very easy to install following the instructions and it works extremely well. This has really cured me of the big headache of dealing with the heat. I highly recommend it.

So far it works pretty well. My only compliant is that the output hose gets hot so we will need to get insulation tape around it . Other than that it’s working good. Not too noisy either.
