Charging Issues with one of my c37 cameras that is only 3 weeks old. Little solar panel does not appear on Home Screen like others. I have been supplying Eufy/Anker with everything they have requested, screen shots, dashboard, photos of camera serial number and solar panel and yet they want me to try other solar panels on this camera to see if it is a camera or solar panel issue. I’ve wasted enough time supplying them with info, either replace the camera or refund, I’ll happily send it back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great setup, easy to replace older eufy cameras, even thought the mounting bolt holes for the new brackets don’t align with the hole location of the old brackets.

I like it so far. It survived a torrential rain storm. I’m trying make up my mind if I want add memory cards or take optional memory subscription. It is totally optional. The image and notifications are great. I’m tooling around with the sensitivity adjusts. I’ll see how it works in the winter with less sun.
