I cannot view, OR delete a large amount of my events or video Clips. "DECRYPTING FROM LOCAL STORAGE" Issue or Error is very frequent on this brand new camera.
Then Why would I want to upload all my clips for you and AI to analyze when I'm trying to delete them, on a device that is not working properly?

I'd prefer you not to collect my data and clips. Especially the ones I'm trying to delete. But CANNOT, due to the Devices shortcomings.

Works ok but way to many false alerts of cars driving by. No matter how much I adjust detection area or sensitivity along with turning off car detection it still sets off detection and follows car movements. Completely draining battery all the time and have to take down and recharge battery inside by plugging in to wall outlet. Don’t know if it’s because of its location it’s on or if it just a bad camera or just won’t work for me. Going to try one last time and recharge and set and adjust little more and put it in a different location and see how it works. If same thing I am going to return it.

Poor performance, poor infrared light (dark recordings, it misses a lot of motions, the poorest resolution in town🥺😫😓😞nah. As a costumer, I disaprove this camera and deeply regret buying this😞🥺😫😓😪

Rather disappointed with this camera. It rarely turns on when it should. I can walk past it and it does not come on or alert me to my presence. It rarely alerts when a vehicle enters it's assigned area.

Charging Issues with one of my c37 cameras that is only 3 weeks old. Little solar panel does not appear on Home Screen like others. I have been supplying Eufy/Anker with everything they have requested, screen shots, dashboard, photos of camera serial number and solar panel and yet they want me to try other solar panels on this camera to see if it is a camera or solar panel issue. I’ve wasted enough time supplying them with info, either replace the camera or refund, I’ll happily send it back.
