Only worked twice

Easy to use. However, after 2 uses the product doesn’t hold temperature properly. I would not recommend this product.

Worked great until the baskets handle broke after about 10 uses

We loved it. Unfortunately only 10 months owning it our basket that holds the handle broke. We just purchased this one hoping it was a fluke. We maybe used it 10 times. Fingers crossed
