It didn't work the 1st time I used it

Deep fryer did not work my 1st time using, will not power on, tried multiple outlets and verified those outlets were working with other devices

Great Product

We enjoyed using it for the first time. The chicken cooked perfectly and it kept the temperature controlled throughout the entire time we were cooking. Great product. Basket is a little hard to get in and out but still good product.
