A massive upgrade from the stovetop!
"This was my first time using an actual deep fryer after years of using a pot of canola oil on my gas stove. The difference is night and day! With the Chefman, it heated up so quickly and stayed at the right temperature between batches of chicken tenders. When I used a pot, I always struggled with the oil getting too hot and burning, but for the first time, my oil was still clear at the end. It takes all the guesswork out of frying. Awesome product!
