Great family size fryer

Setup and first use went great. I really appreciate the 4.5qt size size that allows our family of 5 to eat together instead of the cook eating last.
A huge bonus is that each piece of the air fryer comes apart for easy cleaning and maintenance.

Worked like a charm. Did a small batch of fish just to test it. Can't wait to try eggrolls.

The unit holds 1 gal. of oil so the temp holds better when you put frozen food in it. No more greasy food because of big temp changes. Heats up fast even with the extra oil. Dump in 1 gal of oil then use the same jug to save the used oil. No more partial jugs of oil laying around. When done using it, I throw the metal lid on it to let it cool down. Next day, everything comes apart so easily that clean up is such a breeze. Very well designed product. I no longer dread deep frying things now!!!
