I can't remember the one that I just threw out but this one seems way better and I got it for a great deal half the usual price for something this size and it's actually slightly bigger than the one I had before

We have previously used a stove and deep pot to fry. The chefman fryer makes this process so much easier and efficient. The large size makes cooking easier.

Some problems

It worked. The power light came on but the heat light did not even though it did heat up. Had to use a thermometer to see what the oil temperature was.
