I am so glad I made this purchase. It fries the food extremely well and if doesn’t leave a greasy taste to the food. May I also add, it’s very easy to use.

I not real comfortable with the timer for the food and not real sure about the temperature. I am using a digital thermometer to test oil when light goes out.
