The chef man jumbo fryer is a user friendly as it gets . Setting it up it's self explanatory to you just set the oil basin in place , click the heating element into position, fill it amd plug it in . Operating it is simple with basic temperature control and clear power heating light indicator. When you're done cleanup is a breeze because the inner parts disassemble easy for washing it. If you want a deep fryer with plenty of cooking space this one is for you .

Good but one minor improvement

I just got it and so far, so good
Easy to use and clean
I just wish the lid had a seal around it to keep it more air tight when it's put up so you don't smell the oil/grease
