So far so good- we haven't tried it yet but one thing I'm not sure about that short cord because we want to take it out on the patio to use and there are outlets against the outside wall but I don't think it will reach.

Since I just got the item out of the box and activated the warranty, I cannot give a true opinion. Once I've made a few batches of my famous potato chips and not burnt myself for the food, I'll add an opinion! So far, the item was packaged good and set up is easy!
