1st use disappointing; hoping for better next time

I’ve only used it once so far but had a negative experience. I thought the weight of the lid would keep moisture in but I checked the stove after 15 minutes and as much steam was escaping from the vessel as when I use my stainless steel pots with loose-fitting lids. I got to it just as the water had escaped as steam and my artichokes were starting to burn.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
