It’s not what I expected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s not what I expected. You must use two hands to rip a paper towel from the roll. We are also constantly feeding the paper towel through the part that keeps it from flopping around.

My apology - was there an attachment that would hold what is possible for me to purchase as a paper towel roll? The space that the paper towel holder is much smaller than the diameter that your paper towel holder holds. Please please let me know how I can adjust this?

Wish I had a different countertop

I was so looking forward to using this as marketed (i.e. pulling the paper towel through the slit one-handed), but I think the bottom of the product isn't very compatible with my countertop, which is coated with some sort of plastic substance. It doesn't stay put as well as I'd hoped and honestly sometimes works better if I don't pull each towel through the designated slit. No holds or shipping complaints.

Everything I ever wanted in a paper towel holder/dispenser! I've been waiting for something like this for a long time. It's sleek, made well, blends into my clean kitchen, and most of all WORKS. As long as you feed the paper towels through the correct way (for left or right pull), and adjust the small silicone band for proper tension, it works one-handed every time! Tip: After a while, the lint from towels will make the counter slippery. Just wipe off the feet of the holder, wipe down the counter, and it's as good as day one. Love it!

Doesn’t make sense

I would honestly not recommend this product (loved all my other Yamasaki products!). The wood and the bar next to it are so close together you can’t spin the paper towel roll for a new piece. You have to lift up the entire roll out of the holder in order to get a piece. Super inefficient.
