Solidly fabricated, strong magnet. Hooks are plastic and fasten to bar well (I thought they might be steel/metal, but I'm fine with them being plastic). Overall, aligns with my expectations.

These racks look great (and disappear on a black fridge) and allow us to keep kitchen towels up out of the grasp of a new puppy!
