A ray of light and warmth out of survival

The TS Sideline is not only an eye-catching centerpiece to our newly constructed barndominium house, it's a welcome addition of cozy light and warmth. Having survived all over the world with only a couple of items in extreme conditions, having a good fire has always been top priority and one we've vowed to never live without. Disappointed in heat and fan

Start with the positive, it was easy to install and it looks great. My issue is that the fan and amount of heat coming out doesn’t meet my expectations. I thought it would create more heat and blow harder than it does. It’ll work, but I’m disappointed.

Wonderful electric fireplace

We are really enjoying our electric fireplace. The installation process was very easy. The rough-in specs were accurate and the fireplace mounted with ease. Installing the glass was simple - only two screws. The fireplace puts out a fair amount of heat - not going to heat the entire room - but you can certainly feel the heat. I’ve got a 4 year old and 2 year old and my primary concern was the heating element. The front of the fireplace does not get extremely hot and is safe to the touch. Aesthetically, it is very pretty and my kids enjoy the “flames” change colors. It’s exceeded our expectations!
