Just completed the installation of the Touchstone Sideline 50", so far we really like it, fit, finish and operation is as advertised, and it is fairly easy to install. We opted to build a false wall with a stone finish and a firebox. Turned out very nice. My only complaint (which is why I choose 4 stars) is the way the mounting flange of the fireplace attaches to the wall, you have to drill/screw through your wall cladding which can be challenging with tile or stone. To avoid this I attached some 3/4" strips of wood on either side that is flush with our stone face, and painted them black. Then I attached the fireplace mounting flange to those strips.

After the item is on and running, it starts making a noise, as if someone is outside cutting grass. You have to turn it off let it sit for a while then turn it back on again. Sucks really bad.
