It's pretty nice. My wife is very happy with it and the flame effects are very nicely done. NOTE: There is an inside toggle switch on the right hand side of the panel that you have to toggle on for the unit. I initially overlooked it, but thankfully Evan from their support called and let me know what the problem was extremely quickly. Very happy customer.

Great electric fireplace. Would highly recommend. Love the glass stone option and the flexibility provided by the front heat exhaust. Looks wonderful wall mounted below our flat screen TV. Puts out more heat than expected and the flame rivals many gas fireplaces.
