We love it. I was honestly hesitant to go electric with a fireplace and did a ton of reading/research before buying one. And I will say we absolutely love it. Built a wall to recess the fireplace into and it adds so much to the room (wall just needs a mantel to finish but couldn't wait to get the fireplace in and using it). I can't say it enough how much we really enjoy our new fireplace. Thank you for an awesome product.

We purchased 2 of these electric fireplaces and they look amazing. They function really well with the heat option. The flame looks real! The shipping was quick and took minutes to install. We will be purchasing a 3rd one for our covered deck.

LOVE this fireplace!!

We were a little nervous about buying online, especially after we were somewhat underwhelmed by a similar size fireplace we saw at a spa store locally (that was 3x the price of this one), but we could not be more pleased!! Set up was easy, and the look & warmth of this unit far exceed our expectations. We've received tons of compliments so far, and absolutely love this fireplace!!

Excellent except for motor noise when running flame display.

This electric fireplace is wonderful... My only problem or question is that it makes a motor noise when turned on... I have been in FB chat with one of your people who says the noise might be from the flame rod or flame motor... But no response on FB chat since that comment... I thought the fireplace would be silent when showing the flames...

Purchased this unit to add some relaxing ambiance to the living area and some supplemental heat for those cool mornings. This unit is awesome! Great value for the price, looks very realistic, heater works great and is very quiet. Couldn't be happier with my purchase!
