Looks great but makes a loud clicking noise that is slowly driving me insane

The fireplace is beautiful. Setup was pretty easy. But it makes a clicking noise like a very loud clock every other second. I keep the fan on to try to cover the noise but I can still hear it. Please send instructions on how to fix.

We absolutely love our electric fireplace, all of your company/guests that visit out home compliment the unit, and have went and purchased one for themselves! We have had the fireplace for some time now and it works perfectly, absolutely no complaints, Highly recommended!

Love the look. Not happy at all with the heater. The heater blows out 3 feet and goes to the ceiling. I would take a long time and a lot of electricity to heat the room.

Love my 72” recessed electric fireplace!

The perfect addition to our fireplace build out! Instructions were easy to follow and installation was a breeze. It really is a beautiful fireplace and I'm a picky person. I'm super happy we went with Touchstone, I will be back to purchase one for my bedroom next.

The flame is realistic looking and was easy to install, after one day of use it started making a noise, so I called support and talked to Michele Fuessinger , she had me take a video with sound and in 15 minutes she got back too me with two options to resolve the issue , and now it’s fixed, couldn’t figure out how to attach photo , will try sending by itself

Called and requested dimensions upon ordering and they sent me a drawing within minutes. The people at TS were great to work with, friendly, and very accommodating. Fireplace fit perfectly. This is a great product with very realistic fire for an electric fireplace. I would highly recommend this product.
