Fireplace is very nice. I was a little disappointed the flame motor was a little noisy but you promptly sent a replacement. Very satisfied so far. Thanks.

I love love love this product. Couldn't be happier. The flame is realistic. It puts out a good amount of heat although I mostly use it without. And it's easy and safe enough for my young kids to use. Win win!

Disappointed

Disappointed because I had ruffed in the opening about 3 days before I received the unit. I had told my daughter I would have to do more work to make it fit. To my surprise it fit like a glove and looks wonderful. Two thumbs up!!!! It beats anything I've seen.
