Beautiful electric fireplace!

We are so very happy with our purchase. It is a wonderful and beautiful electric fireplace. The flames are actually real looking! The customer service was excellent. We had to change the size of the original fireplace we purchased (which was no fault of the company) and the return and re-purchase went very smoothly. Thanks so much!

Yes I ordered a refurbished unit and I expected, at the least, an esthetically pleasing unit. Troubled to discover scratches showing through the black border and what appears as a crack on the edge.
