Runs Quiet

I got the Kitchen Aid Go battery operated immersion blender as a Christmas gift and absolutely love it. It runs so quietly. I can’t wait to see what all I can do with it.
I have a corded Braun immersion blender and the KitchenAid Go cordless is far superior. I was worried that the battery would make the blender top heavy, but it did not. The balance was perfect, it blended my soup perfectly without splattering. It is a plus that the blender came with so many other accessories too.
I've been trying to return this mixer for a week, but the service is the worst. It's impossible to get through, they don't answer messages, a bot answers in the chat. I definitely don't recommend contacting this store.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It works surprisingly well. No, it is not as powerful as the corded models, but it does very well. The battery is large enough to last MANY uses between charges, and unlike many models it is replaceable. You do NOT have to discard the device because of an internal battery. I did deduct one star for the safety switch system that requires that two button be pressed, as well as the fact that one button control the power selections. That makes maintaining anything less than full power a bit of a balancing chore as you have to keep the one button at the proper location for lower speeds. To be fair, the flip side of the speed selection is that if you need more or less power, you do not have to stop to make a separate adjustment.
I have used a KitchenAid immersion blender for years and find it very useful so decided to upgrade to the new cordless model for even more versatility. Loved the original and loving the new model, too.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s great if you don’t want the cord. The plug in has more power and gadgets which I love. If they made a replacement part for my other hand held blender, I would have never of bought this hand held one.
