I love this bird feeder with camera I purchased a different one it stopped working and I was sent a replacement which also stopped working so I figured I would try a Kiwibit and it's working perfectly as I said before I love it!

This is the best smart bird feeder I have had as of yet. My Bird Biddy Feeder broke after 4 years so I was looking for a replacement when I came across the Kiwibit. It is much more user friendly. No more struggles to put in the bird seed. Blends in nicely.

My daughter gave me a Kiwibit Bird Feeder for last Christmas. I've enjoyed it so much I recently bought a second one which included the lifetime AI identification. I'm an avid bird photographer and watcher, and enjoy checking out the visitors to my Kiwibit feeders each day. The quality of the videos is surprisingly very high. I also enjoy sharing the videos with friends from time to time. The Kiwibit feeder is loads of fun for anyone who loves birds and wildlife. Heck... I even enjoy the squirrels that visit the feeder. Highly recommended!

Its a great feeder, the battery mysteriously died once so i had to remove and manually charge it. AI bird ID is only average it tends to not identify about 20% of the birds even though most of them are house finches. It also seems to have difficulty with young birds like cardinals and grackles as they are not in their full plumage The pictures are great and the design is excellent. I really like the lift out seed holder with the sliding covers to open them, although the feeder is 7 feet in the air you need a ladder to utilize these design features. Hopefully software updates will improve the AI issues

Great product. There are multiple similar products in the marketplace so it basically comes down to the software and value. The software works well and the option for a perpetual license rather than a subscription was the selling point. I wish they had a separate dedicated humming bird feeder. I ordered the humming bird add on but I think a separate product might be better.

Solar panel didn’t work and I can not get anyone to respond to the warranty claim replace the top or feeder. They responded to say they were sorry and asked for a photo then silence. I liked the feeder but don’t want to take it down to charge every few days which is why I bought a soler panel style.
