More Than a TV—It’s a Masterpiece

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely love our 55" Samsung The Frame. When it's on, the QLED 4K picture quality is incredibly sharp, vibrant, and clear. But the absolute best part is Art Mode, making the digital art look just like a real matte canvas on your wall! It sits completely flush against our living room wall and has a customizable bezel, making it look exactly like a real, high-end framed piece of art. Everyone who visits is amazed when they realize it’s actually a television. The matte finish is fantastic at preventing any glare our large windows bring in; it has completely transformed the aesthetic of our living room. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded my 2020 50 in Frame to the 65 in Frame. Upscaling, brightness and smoothness have improved. I do wish the new AI features could be completely turned off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If your priority is clean lifestyle aesthetics, daylight viewability, and removing TV glare from a living space, the Frame is a well-built tool that looks fantastic. But if you're trying to build a dedicated home theater for dark rooms or need a snappy gaming setup, you'll get significantly more value out of a traditional local-dimming LED or an OLED panel.

Beautiful Picture, Awkward Remote

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung picture is sharp and has amazing color. I really enjoy the Art Frame option and often employ it during parties and family gatherings.
I do not like the way that the television turns on. It is really awkward, and often arrives at the Frame setting first. From there, it must be changed to Home to access other Apps.
Additionally, the Volume control is not the most user-friendly. The Mute feature is integrated in the same spot, making changing the volume a bit tricky.
