The brightness is good and can be dimmed for a more life like appearance. Overall easy to use and select different works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Resolution and contrast on such a bigger TV is amazing and I'm a big gamer so having the whole interface look as good as it does is amazing and fits my aesthetic perfectly. The customizations in the tv is also good itself being able to switch the brightness or contrast at the touch of my hand to match whatever mood or play style I'm in

What free art store subscription?

I bought the Samsung The Frame TV because my son has one and I loved that it looked like framed artwork with a 2-year free subscription to the art store. However, to date, I have not received the help needed to redeem the free subscription. I could have gotten a similar tv for half the price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is really looks on my dinning room, but I do not like the resolution. Otherwise, it is a perfect fit as frame TV, a modern picture on the wall that anytime you can turn on to a 65" TV.
