Cracked without being dropped

After cracked screens in the past, I was willing to pay top dollar for the confidence of (a) avoiding damage to my phone and (b) being able to use the Pixel's fingerprint sensor. This screen protector delivered on neither. The sensor is spotty at best. But worst, the protector cracked within the first few days without my phone experiencing a noticeable fall. Then cracked a second time. The phone has a great case and I'm careful with it. What a piece of crap, ZAGG.

Delivery was fast and accurate. Product arrived as advertised. Application problem--developed a large shadow under the glass measuring about 1/2 inch in diameter which did not resolve. It partially disappears with pressure but completely returns. It interferes with visibilty of the screen.

It’s very finicky. Sometimes it doesn’t recognize one finger, but it will a other. And sometimes when an alarm or timer is going off, it doesn’t acknowledge I am trying to push the button to turn it off unless I actually pick up the phone from a laying position. Kind of annoying.

The product is great. The issue is with customer service. A mistake in ordering on my part took three 25 + plus minute phone calls to resolve. While the issue is resolved, the process seems overly and unnecessarily cumbersome.

Cleaned, cleaned and then cleaned the screen some more. Utilized the tacky tape and finally the application frame. The screen protector had approximately 8 bubbles of varying sizes that could not be mitigated. Just took it off and put it on a shelf. Not my first time putting one of these on but it is the first time it failed.
