Work or Play - this is the monitor you get

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I run a business full time and game hard on weekends. This is the first monitor I have owned that handles both jobs well.
Work first, since that is where most of my hours go. My baseline for color is my pro laptop, and that is not a fair fight for most monitors. This one holds up. I review marketing material and presentation decks all day, and colors land where I expect. Blacks are actually black. Small type and thin lines read clean at 4K across 32 inches.
Eye strain mattered just as much. I am often working past midnight, and a bad panel ends a night early. Between the OLED contrast and the glare-free coating, I can sit here eight or ten hours without that burning feeling behind my eyes.
My office has a lot of windows and the light changes completely from morning to evening. Most glossy panels turn into a mirror at some point in that cycle. This one does not, and it manages it without making the image look hazy.
For gaming, I do not think there is a better all-around package. 4K at 240Hz on a 32-inch OLED is the combination people have been asking for. Big single-player titles look incredible at native resolution. Competitive games feel instant. The 0.03ms response is not a spec sheet flex. In Valorant, where a few milliseconds decide the round, you feel it. FreeSync Premium Pro and G-Sync are both supported, so you get the full feature set on AMD or Nvidia.
I run mine on a mount. The included stand is good, but I wanted the desk space back. Standard VESA, rock-solid once mounted, and easy to move up and down. Ports are covered too. HDMI, DisplayPort, USB-C, and a headphone jack on the display itself. There is an RGB light bar on the back if that is your thing.
Two things to know before you buy.
The panel is extremely thin at the edges. Part of why it looks so good, and why you should handle it carefully. If you clip a light bar or webcam to the top of your monitor, you may have trouble. Not much lip to grab. Once mounted it is very sturdy, so this is a handling concern, not a durability one.
The power brick is large and heavy, close to the weight of the monitor, and it has to live somewhere. If your desk is tight, plan for it. It caught me off guard.
Would I buy it again? Yes.

Stunning 4K Visuals and Smooth 240Hz Gaming

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Samsung 32-inch G80SH UHD 240Hz Gaming Monitor because I wanted a premium display that combines stunning 4K resolution with an ultra-smooth high refresh rate. The 32-inch screen provides an immersive viewing experience, making it ideal for both gaming and everyday productivity.
The 4K UHD resolution delivers excellent sharpness and detail, while the 240Hz refresh rate makes fast-paced games feel incredibly fluid and responsive. I especially appreciate the combination of high resolution and high refresh rate, which allows me to enjoy beautiful visuals without sacrificing smooth gameplay.
The modern design also looks great on my desk, and the large display provides plenty of screen space for multitasking, entertainment, and creative work.
Overall, the G80SH offers an impressive balance of visual quality, gaming performance, and versatility. It's an excellent choice for anyone looking to upgrade to a premium 4K gaming monitor.

Best gaming monitor I've owned
on October 8, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to support my gaming PC running an AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT, an i7-10700K, and 32GB of DDR4. That card is a few generations old at this point, and I mention it because people assume you need the latest GPU to justify a 4K 240Hz panel. You do not. Frame rates have been excellent and the quality of the gaming is phenomenal. The monitor has never been the thing holding me back. If anything it made hardware I already owned feel better than it did on my old display.
Detail is what you notice first. Textures, lighting, and distant objects are all sharper at 4K than what I was used to. OLED blacks make dark scenes actually dark instead of washed-out gray, and that alone changes how a lot of games look.
On size, plenty of people stick with 27 inches for gaming and argue that anything bigger is too much to track. I love 32" and would not go back. The extra inches are real estate you actually use. In games that let you push your field of view, the bigger panel pays off. You see more of what is around you, and in anything competitive that matters.
Motion is the other piece. Fast movement stays sharp instead of smearing, and the response time is instant in a way you feel rather than read off a spec sheet. FreeSync Premium Pro worked out of the box on the AMD side with no major adjustments.
If you are on the fence between 27" and 32", or worried your current card is not enough to keep up, this is worth the money and will prove to you that you still get great quality.
