Great potential, disappointing product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in a house less than 1000 square feet. This thing will not stay connected to my wifi so my scents just burn out quickly. disappointing. Tried to cancel my subscription and they want to charge me for the diffuser. Guess I'm stuck with this!
