I've had similar products before. I use this for email, a few games, virtual meetings and word. I'm not a computer genius so I don't do anything overly complicated and this is a second laptop. It works well for this type of stuff. Really like the size and weight for portability. I would have given a 5 except for one thing. This was advertised as coming with Windows 11 business pro in basic form, so I knew I might have to upgrade at some point. It came with Windows 11 pro education. So it's not an upgrade for business. It's a full purchase of business pro, or a downgrade purchase of Windows 11 home.
I would recommend this to a friend!
