Doesn’t sit in the heating element correctly

We just bought a bigger crock pot at Kohls, 7 qt. After taking it out of the box and washing it I put the crock in the base but it doesn’t fit correctly. It wobbles back and forth. I tried turning it around and got the same result our old one fit snug in the base . Seems like the heat would go right out around the pot

Lid doesn't fit. Dangerous.

Lid doesn't fit, actual insert is not stable nor does it fit properly, entire crockpot is unstable and extremely unsafe due to all of these issues. Very disappointed. Someone in quality failed and decided to ship a dangerous product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Advanced design now allows for a more effective release of steam from the cooker, which prevents any buildup of pressure and/or damage to your lid.

Cheap and unstable

I've owned and loved Crock Pot brand my entire life. I bought this one as it appeared similar to one I had that was old. The crock doesn't fit well in the base, it shifts around. The base has only 3 little rubber feet, not 4, and it does not sit stable on the counter. It rocks while stirring, and nearly tips on it's side. The base itself is also not resistant at all. I can push in the sides with no effort at all. Cheap, not durable, unstable, unsafe. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Life saver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been working on my cooking skills for some years now and slowly getting more comfortable with new recipes, cooking sets, etc. for some reason i have always been scared to use a crockpot. I can’t believe i was ever scared it has made my life soo much easier instead of using 5 different pots to cook im able to cook my meat, veggies, potatoes, carbs etc all at the same time. I was able to try out a new chicken recipe that made the skin fall Off the bones. It’s also incredibly easy to clean. As a busy mom this crockpot has been a game changer.

Good quality slow cooker, but it takes a long time

The only downside is that it cooks very slowly, so you really need to plan ahead if you want dinner ready on time. Once the food is done, it tastes great and stays warm for hours. Overall, a good slow cooker, just make sure to start cooking early in the day!

Crockpot is the best!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautiful crockpot that will last you a lifetime. I absolutely love the slate blue color. Much prettier than the plain black one I had. It’s super easy to clean as you can throw the stoneware and the lid in the dishwasher. The first dish I made was a bean and ham soup, which came out delicious.
My only complaints are that the cord is way too short, and it doesn’t have timed options like my old one. That’s the only reason I docked one star. But, you can never go wrong with Crockpot! Highly recommend!
