They fit in the slots on the side of the 12 can cooler perfect. Keeps the food or drinks nice and cold all day. I ordered 4 since my husband uses it everyday so I have 2 in use and 2 in the freezer for the next day.

I ordered 2 medium sized packs to keep in my cooler along with other ice packs for my son to keep icing down his leg after surgery. They kept cold even in the 90 degree weather.
