No replacement cord!

Cooler works great. But when the cord goes out I can’t find a replacement for the cooler they sent. They only offer one version on the site but send an oddball cooler with no replacement available. 😡😡
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

the end of the cable that goes into the cigarette lighter came apart (unnoticed) and lost the internals (cap screw , washer, fuse and spring.) the unit itself worked great beforehand. but cannot use now.

Very disappointed that while the site showed only one replacement cord, this one did not fit our recently purchased cooler. The one we need is not available. The post for selling the cord should include a photo of the end of the cord since different ones fit thermal coolers with the same names.
