Mouse not following movement and bos already open without notice or discount

Mouse started to not follow movement after a week. Dispite having a mouse mat and testing it on idfferent surfaces, a lag and sometime no response ketp happening. Box came already open without notice or discount.

A real disappointment. I wanted to replace my aging mouse, and although this was a bit pricey I thought it would integrate with my Pavilion All in one. Mouse worked well, but it disabled the keyboard. Apparently, the mouse needs to twin with a matching keyboard. This is NOT stated anywhere on the web site. Didn't matter, HP was out of matching keyboards. Returned.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
