Device makes noise
on August 27, 2025
Posted by: Chelsea M.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered a mini, when it came I noticed a high pitched sound when the device is on. Reached out to support for a replacement. Support was awesome, but my new device also makes the same high pitched noise. I also thought this device would have ambient mode, it does not. That was my fault for not checking. Overall, the device works great at releasing the scents, but it’s not silent. For the price, I’d go with the Pura 4

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have six Puras and this is by far my favorite model. It is small but mighty and so easy to change cartridges. Love it!

Small but Mighty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This smaller Pura scent diffuser is great for a small bedroom or bathroom. It is great for that one scent that you want to push out into the air. No struggling to combine scents like with the larger unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not really working in a small space and I moved it to an even smaller space. I love my other Pura diffuser but I would not purchase another one of these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two and they both make a buzzing noise that is low but quite irritating. I wish they could look into it and possibly make a change
