Love the convenience, hate the battery life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Pura Car Pro about a month ago. I have loved the scent in my car and that I can control how strong and how long I would like it to be on. However, I am really struggling with the battery. I charge it, and the website says the charge should be good for approximately 15 hours, however, mine last approximately 2 hojurs. I have watched the battery go down as it sits on my counter after I have unplugged it from charging. I’m sure it is just a one off with my Pura Car Pro, but it has definately taken the shine off of it for me.

Sad it didn't work out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Pura Car Pro despite the mixed reviews on it's reliability. At first, it worked wonderfully and filled the car with the wonderful scent of Birchwood Pine by Nest. It had to be turned off when I was finished driving even though it's supposed to turn off on its own. Like the reviews before me, it stopped working and gave an error code that it couldn't read the cartridge. This was disappointing but not surprising. Needless to say, I gave it two stars because when it worked it was great but it only lasted a month.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does the job, but it uses as much power as my car charger puts out. So in order to actually charge it I have to take it inside. It won't charge to use wirelessly while it's running. It'll just run. Pretty annoying.
