Malfunctioning after a few months of use and NO replacement available

I got a defective units that stopped working after a few months. Got a new one, and it stopped charging after a few months. I contacted support and they didn’t want to replace it.

The car scents run dry very quickly so you have to constantly buy scents to keep your diffuser working.
Also, the car diffuser is just a very little fan, it is not a diffuser at all. It just starts the fan to move the smell of the gel inside the pod. You can just buy the overpriced scent and keep in your car that it will work the same.

Great concept but there’s issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the design but the battery often overheats. The battery charge indicator doesn’t show a percentage so it’s hard to tell if there’s enough charge to make it home or if I have to charge it in the office. And finally with the motion sensor on, there is no way to power it off fully- so if my desk vibrates while it’s sitting there charging, it will turn on. On the high side though - THE SCENTS ARE AMAZING!!! I will keep using this product because there’s nothing else like it! Hopefully R&D will work on the issues ASAP

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love the amount of scent my pura car freshener puts out! The only downfall is I feel like the charge drains quickly so I do have to leave it plugged up constantly, however it is worth it, for the strong scent it does leave in my car.
