Think I got a dud

The first month I had mine, it worked just like it should. After that, I had to troubleshoot and couldn't get it to connect to my account but somehow the device will turn on and off when it senses motion. I'm at month 3 and it barely works now. I think I just may have gotten one with a defect otherwise I love their products.

Quit working

Loved it while it lasted, but unfortunately it completely quit working after only a month. At first I thought it just died but it would not charge or anything. I'm hoping i just got the lemon out of the bunch. Fingers crossed my replacement lasts way longer, because I did love the product while it worked. Best car air freshener I have had!
