Nice product except…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fan is too loud. The unit is setup in a large room with high ceilings. I suspect the fan has to run at a high speed. Unfortunately it can be heard. It’s not terribly annoying, but it is heard. Next generation needs a better design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been loving this since we got it — my favorite part is that I set it up and forget it and having a newborn, a dog, and the smells of summer activities, etc. . . it's nice waking up to a fresh scent and winding down the evening with the same cleanliness.

Like it, but wish it covered more area

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this unit. No surprises, it does what it says it will do and I love the choices of fragrances. For being the larger unit, I thought it would cover more area. I live in a smaller townhouse and thought it would cover most of the space, but ended up buying two smaller ones for the bathrooms. It still works great and I love that I can access it on my phone. Bonus!
